You may embody any beloved 2D character, whether born of anime, manga, manhwa, donghua, manhua, cartoon or games—provided their author has given permission for them to walk among our town.

You may arrive as a human or a furry spirit, but your form must remain truly human-like—standing tall, speaking, and moving as people do. All ages are welcome in our town, for dreams belong to everyone.

Only canon twins may enter. No mirrored shadows otherwise.

Let your words flow only to fellow villagers, so our shared peace remains whole and unbroken.

Guiders watch for seven days with system points. There is no hiatus spell—if you vanish for 24 hours, your verification fades. Notify us if you must miss an activity.

Avoid inside jokes or closed circles. WishesTopia thrives on shared joy.

Fanart may be used only with the artist’s blessing, credited in your bio. Do not repost art on the timeline, whether whole or in fragments.

Keep it kind, keep it safe. All discussions and shared content must remain safe-for-work. Mutual kindness is the magic that keep our town safe.

Since houses are limited, not every traveler can be welcomed at once, but please know that every name is cherished. Within 24 hours, the Guiders will send word, so watch for their message to see if you’ve been chosen.

If accepted, it’s time to step fully into our town. Change your username to @Wish(Name), so we may know you as a true resident of WishesTopia; as a name we’ll call across the garden, and a face we’ll recognize in instant.

Each day, the Guiders will ask you a simple question, just to know you better! Answer it with honesty, with playfulness, with whatever feels true to you, and they'll gift you a little pocket money in a gold form.

Each day, about three villagers may come to you. Sometimes, they need help, or maybe they just wanted to play with you. In another time, they might have something new to teach you. You don't have to meet all three if you're feeling tired, rest is important too. But if you do meet them all, the stars may give you a special little surprise beyond the usual gifts.

Want to decorate your house or get something that makes life a little easier? Some villagers sell things! Like, pretty decorations, helpful tools, little treasures they've found. But they don't want your gold for it, they got plenty of that. Instead, they ask for the blessings the stars have given you. Trade what you have, and make your little corner of the town feel like home. ⚘

You may wonder, “If gold isn’t used, why gather it?” Ah, but gold in WishesTopia is not for spending, it is the measure of your kindness and activity in helping others! ࣪𖤐.ᐟ At the end of your journey, the Town rewards those whose gold shines brightest. Perhaps you will be one of them. /ᐠ⎚-⎚マ

Oh—we almost forgot. Host a game party where laughter spills from every corner, play DJ and let music carry your neighbors' worries away! Or simply bring fun to fellow villagers in whatever way feels for moment of shared delight. The stars smile on those who spread joy, and they will reward you too.

Sometimes, WishesTopia experiences little wonders. A tree might suddenly bloom in someone's yard. A small meteorite might fall gently from the sky, safe and sparkling. These special moments last only one hour. If you're there when it happens, the stars may ask you a question. Answer it, and they'll give you a reward: a little random gift, for those who pay attention.
